DSD Buildings offer a free design service providing layout plans, specification sheets and footing diagrams.

We work with you to design your building with all those personal touches required to make it just right for you.

This can be in relation to the colour scheme, position of doors and windows, internal walls or mezzanine floors – the possibilities are endless!

DSD Comprehensive Planning Service
DSD Buildings have a cost effective, personal service with an independent perspective that is concise and down to earth for our customers. We provide assistance, support and guidance through the entire planning process for both private and commercial clients.
Blue Ink Plans and Structural Engineering Calculations are also available for inclusion with planning applications to your Local Authority in accordance with your individual specification.

Self Build V Fully Erected
DSD Buildings supply customers with everything they require to make building one of our fully galvanised structures as simple as possible. Guidance Manuals, images and back-up telephone support is readily available.

We also fully appreciate that some customers would prefer to leave this element of the project to the experts. Professional construction teams are available to carry out the relevant works on your behalf if you prefer.

Other Services
All Groundworks, Erection and Landscaping can also be carried out in association with the purchase of a building – you just have to ask!!

What do I do now if I want to know more?

Step 1 - Either complete the enquiry form or telephone us on 01278 663829 providing us with your building requirements and specification

Step 2 - We send you a free, no obligation quotation and images by email or post

Step 3 - We follow this up with a friendly telephone call to ensure the specification is correct and to offer alternative solutions and suggestions.

Step 4 – Placing your Order. Your Order is secured once your deposit is received with a signed contract.

Step 5 – In approximately 3 weeks your fully galvanised, portal frame building can be delivered, or approximnately 4 weeks for a log cabin.

Step 6 – Erection Teams come in and erect your building (if appropriate)

Step 7 – DSD Buildings follow up to ensure that you are a fully satisfied customer!

Throughout these 7 Steps we would remain in contact with you so that you are fully aware of what is going on regarding your specific project at all times.
